Bespoke jewellery

We offer a separate PayPal option for customized jewellery where you will get a link on your registered email address from our authentic id. Click on the link and complete the payment procedure.

30-Days Return Policy

To assure you of safe purchase, we have designed an easy and convenient return policy. It will clear all your second thoughts about making the purchasing decision with us. In case you face any issue after buying jewellery from our store, you can get it exchanged or claim a refund through a hassle-free process.

Each jewellery piece that we display on our online store is covered under the 30-day return policy. You simply need to provide us with a legitimate reason, be it fitting issues, defect, damage or anything else within 30 days of the delivery. After reviewing the issue and the product, we will return your amount or replace the piece. You can either purchase another product or choose to get your money back to your account within 7 days, which is a standard time to complete the whole procedure

However, Bespoke jewellery is not eligible under our 30-day replacement or return guarantee unless there is some manufacturing defect or error from our part.

What is the procedure to return the product?

  • To initiate the procedure, drop us an email at [email protected], requesting the exchange or refund.

  • We provide our customers with one complimentary ring size within 30 days of delivery. So, if you face any issue regarding the size, you can avail this policy.

  • Make sure that the product is secure with original packing, invoice, certificate in a tamper proof box provided by Diamond Veda so that the packet is sealed.

  • You will get a return label via email that you have to print and paste on the package. Drop the parcel to your nearest FedEx location and we will take care of it thereon.

  • Once we have the jewellery piece back, it will be examined by our team to know if the reason for exchange or return is justified. After completing the quality analysis process at our end, we will proceed further.

  • You can ask for the exchange if the piece is defective or can claim a refund. The amount will be transferred to your registered account within 7 days.

  • Please note that all our diamond jewellery pieces have a lifetime buyback warranty.
